About Us
Jeanna is a Fort Walton Beach native and lives her with her husband Chris , and three children, Kate, Olivia and William. Having grown up on job sites alongside her well known and well loved builder father, it was only natural she followed his footsteps into construction.
After working for years in the commercial and government construction arenas, Jeanna then took a break to start a family. Upon re-entering the construction world in 2008, she chose to focus on custom residential construction and brings a wealth of experience to JCNB.
She is a licensed State of Florida Certified General Contractor since 2004.
Jeanna graduated summa cum laude from The University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering.
Tim is the Lead Project Manager for JCNB. A second-generation builder who has worked in and around construction his entire life. Growing up in a hands on construction family meant an early entry into the jobsite and it is apparent in Tim's depth of knowledge on nearly all aspects of construction. With over 20 years of professional experience in the construction industry, Tim excels in transforming your ideas into reality, leveraging his expertise and vast network of trade relationships.
